Fall is in the air!
Changes in the seasons are upon us. Crisp breezes and leaves changing colors tell us that Fall is here. Autumn is still a wonderful and colorful part of the growing season.
We have Fall Pansies, Violas, and ornamental Kale and Cabbage. Stop in to see seasonal hanging baskets and planters.
Our Mission
The Greenhouse is a program for at-risk youth attending Lakeside School, a division of Lakeside Educational Network.
It benefits those students involved in the Landscape Architecture/Horticulture program, teaching them practical skills such as horticulture, landscape design, greenhouse maintenance, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry.
Many of the items grown in The Greenhouse by the students in this program are used on the grounds and also sold to the public, thereby further benefiting the students and programming at Lakeside School.
